Malaysian Style Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Pulled pork is one of the comfort food from the south and this recipe can be switched up with ingredients and creative twists. I have made and created one classic recipe to another fabulous and more familiar flavour from Malaysia...using some of the spices from Asia to create this unique Malaysian style pulled pork.....
Originally the classic pulled pork are roasted slowly with a lower temperature oven about 300 F or in a BBQ / smoker at 225 F and uses southern spices which include dried thyme , oregano , onion powder , paprika , cayenne pepper and garlic powder.... I love the taste of Malaysian curry and made a spice blend to marinade the pork for this twisted recipe and it came out great and delicious....We serve it with some buns and some french fries for lunch....yummmy.....
