Smoked Paprika Pork Chops

Spring time brings us outdoors this year as we have a great warm weather and on the last weekend the temperature was about 17 C..it was like summer came earlier and I headed outside to cook.....on my good old BBQ....and this is a recipe which I had just tried out for our family .....and it turned out to be a keeper....as the smoked paprika is so good on pork ....or any other meat such as beef or chicken ....but it is lighter on pork chops....for anyone who is watching their cholestrol levels...it has a kick at the end as a little cayenne pepper is added if you like some heat in your chops.....

Smoked Paprika Chops
Ingredients :
6 pcs  1 inch thick pork chops
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper - optional
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp dried parsley for garnish

Method :
Marinade the pork chops in a large plate with the salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper and olive oil overnight or at least 6 hours. Brush the grill plates with some oil and heat the bbq on high heat till it is hot. Then put the pork chops to grill them for about 7 minutes on each side. Serve them warm on a plate with some rice.
