Nasi Goreng Kampung Ala Lattara Style

My family loves fried rice and we usually like to eat Yang Chow fried rice at home , but lately we are kind of bored of the same style. So I came up with a M'sian village fusion and Chinese style of fried rice which is the recipe as follows with a twist. Do hope that you will like it after you try it out. 😀

Nasi Goreng Kampung Ala Lattara Style 
Ingredients : - 

300 gms  roasted char siew - cut into small cubes 
300 gms frozen mixed vegetables 
4 stalks green onions - chopped finely 
500 gms leftover plain rice 
4 shallots - chopped finely 
3 cloves garlic - chopped finely 
1 tsp salt 
2 tbsps light soya sauce 
2 tbsps dark soya sauce 

Method :- 

First heat up the wok on medium heat till hot . Then add some olive oil into it and fry the chopped shallots & garlic till fragrant. Then add the roasted char siew and fry till fragrant. Add the leftover rice and mixed vegetables into the wok. Toss and fry it for a few minutes . Add the salt, light soya sauce and dark soya sauce to the rice mixture. Stir fry the  rice mixture for about 5 minutes till combined and lastly sprinkle the chopped green onions on top of the rice and stir well .
Serve hot immediately.
