I love to bake and one of my favourite baked goods is to make bread and this particular recipe for soft dinner buns which I had changed a little for a healthier version is a winner in my household. I love to make these buns every week especially during the colder days and when the leaves start to fall in the early autumn days, the days are turning colder.
We start to make lots of stews and soups and these little soft buns are just delicious for dipping in them.I always make a dozen or more as they can be kept for a few days in the bread box. You can knead the dough in a bread machine or use your bare hands to knead it.
