My family loves to eat chocolate truffles and this recipe resembles them as they are coated with some cocoa powder before serving. They are great for hostess gift with a small bag of cocoa powder to dust the cookies before eating them. They melt in your mouth and the richness of the cocoa powder is so amazing and intense if you love chocolate....
