Well today is halloween and I was thinking of this spooky recipe for the past few days and came up with this deconstructed dish of sweet and sour spare ribs with some carrot sticks which looked like bloody fingers , broccoli stalks which looked like creepy trees and white button mushrooms that resemble mice ears....with thick tomato ketchup sauce which looked like dragon's blood !!!
It looked like a witches brew in my wok and I just giggled .....lol....I had a nice and great time making the dish come ALIVE !!! (Just kidding) and what more than to please my son as he loves sweet and sour dishes....
Here is another ghoulish dish for you guys out there....have fun using your own imagination to create a recipe for the next Halloween....
