Well, we love to eat smoked salmon and whenever there is a party I would make these appetizers as they are easy and fast to make for a crowd....so I always try to come up with different ideas to make the smoked salmon appetizers ....this is a recipe which can be interchanged and it is your choice to change the ingredients to suit your own taste.....
Healthy Smoked Salmon Bites
Ingredients:
24 slices smoked salmon
1 medium English cucumber - cut into 1/4" thick slices
2 tbsps lemon juice
1/2 cup fresh plain yoghurt
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp dried oregano
a pinch smoked paprika
Method:
Mix the plain yoghurt with the lemon juice, salt , black pepper, dried oregano and smoked paprika together in a bowl. Set it aside in the fridge.
Cut the cucumber into 24 slices ( 1/4 inch thick) and arrange it on a large platter. Top a small teaspoon of the yoghurt mixture on top of the cucumber and then arrange the smoked salmon on top of it carefully.
Serve immediately.
