Hakka Noodles Ala Lattara Style With Minced Pork And Dou Miao (Pea Sprouts)
Ingredients :-

2 pkts of 500 gms yellow noodles
2 shallots -peeled & chopped
4 cloves garlic - peeled & minced
4 stalks of green onions - chopped finely
1 pkt pea sprouts -washed
400 gms minced pork -seasoned with 1 tsp salt , 1 tsp soya sauce & 1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsps dark soya sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 lemon - sliced
a little water - 50 ml


Method : - 
Firstly heat a large wok and add 2 tbsps of cooking oil into it. Saute the chopped shallots  and garlic  till fragrant . Then add the minced pork to fry for about 5- 7 minutes till golden brown and fragrant.
Add the yellow noodles to the wok and stir fry till combined. Add a little water to the noodles mixture and stir well. Add the pea sprouts last and stir fry for 2 -3 minutes till slightly wilted.
Add the salt , soya sauce and dark soya sauce to the noodles and stir till well combined. Lastly, add the chopped green onions and serve immediately with sliced lemons and chilli sauce.  Enjoy 😋 !!
