Morrocan Spiced Chicken Sandwich

Well , during the summer months in New Westminster , Canada I would always find ways to make sandwiches  to go along with salads as the summer days are warmer.
Here I did a rendition of the family's favourite Morrocan chicken stew dish to a simple morrocan spiced chicken  sandwich. This recipe can be used to make a salad if you don't want to eat the sandwich. Just arrange the chicken on top of the salad and it is a morrocan spiced chicken salad. 😋 Bon Appetit !!
