Smashed Pork Burgers
Ingredients :-
500 gms minced pork
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp olive oil
some lettuce leaves
2 large tomatoes - sliced thinly
4 red onions - sliced thinly
condiments - mayonnaise & dill pickles
Method : -
Marinate the minced pork with the spices and leave it overnight . Take it out from the fridge 1 hour before cooking time.
First heat up a large non stick frying pan on medium heat . Add the olive oil and heat up for a few minutes. Then put the pork patties into the pan , use a spatula and press on the patties to flatten them. Cook them for 5 minutes on each side.
Add 2 tbsps olive oil into the non stick pan and add the sliced onions to fry till light brown and caramelized . Set aside.
Build your burger with the homemade brioche buns and enjoy your burgers with your whole family.
